- Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd are assisting one of our most long standing clients with their search for Broker Support Team Members for their office in Basingstoke.
You’ll be working as part of a busy team, in a combined administration and customer services role. Main tasks will include being responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of their brokers. Liaising professionally over the phone and via email with regards to policies / quotes they may require. Taking details of each policy, inputting onto Excel and their in-house database system within agreed time scales and meet quality standards - liaising with all parties to ensure that all runs as smoothly as possible with this stage of their journey with this Award Winning company.
Minimum entry criteria:
PC Literate including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ideally some experience in an insurance / financial service environment.
Ability to interpret written instructions, methodical, accurate and numerate.
Experience in a computerised and customer focused office environment.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Has integrity to deliver on commitments to meet targets and deadlines.
Ability to work as a team member as well as on own initiative.
Ability to identify problems applies critical, logical reasoning to resolve issues.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, also offering a competitive benefits package and excellent facilities.
