Do you have a solid background gained within a Contact / Call Centre or a similar environment where you have dealt with inbound or outbound calls?
We have a fantastic opportunity with no shifts or weekend work!
Working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Receiving inbound calls only
Dealing with a longstanding customer base resolving queries and updating records whilst giving advice and help to customers
What you need:
Solid Customer Service telephone skills and experience ideally gained from a contact /call centre environment
Professional telephone manner
Ability to put the customer first and offer a first class experience
Previous experience in receiving high volumes of calls
What next:
Our client is running an assessment day on the 5th of September with a view to starting successful applicants on the 29th of October 2018
You must be able to attend the assessment day ready for a 29th of October start
