- Lloyd Recruitment Services are extremely happy to be working alongside a household name in their search for Customer Service Advisors to join their busy Head Office in Chessington.
Once you are fully trained, you will be answering incoming help requests over the phone, with live chats and email enquiries being introduced through further training.
Enquiries will be coming in from UK and International customers, so an excellent and understanding telephone manner is a must (if you have any languages in addition to English this could be very beneficial) - call centre experience isn’t necessary - we are looking for people who are passionate about providing a high standard of customer care and are willing to go the extra mile.
We are able to consider candidates looking for temporary as well as on-going contract work, and the following shifts are available – so there is something for everyone here:
9am to 5pm
2pm to 10pm
5pm to 1am
10pm to 8am
The department runs 7 days a week, so you’ll need to be able to commit to the occasional weekend working.
