- Lloyd Recruitment is working closely with a well-established and reputable Insurance company based in the Haywards Heath area. Due to growth and expansion there is currently a requirement for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
They are looking for customer driven team players, dealing with inbound calls relating to the customers insurance related products and claims.
Standard office hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm but shifts may apply due to the Contact Centre environment.
Salary: £17,500 - £18,000 DOE, other company benefits include: discretionary annual bonus of up to 5%, pension scheme, 25 days holiday + the 8 bank holidays
Responsibilities include:
Deliver exceptional service with each interaction with the customer
Review customer claims in accordance with the customer policy
Provide customers advice on all aspects of Policy wording
Support the customers through the initial phase of claim
Feedback to customer when policy does not cover what they expect
Claims assessment and responding to customer with decision
Gather and collate all relevant document from the customer to ensure claim can be reviewed
Ensure accuracy of the information being put into the claims system
Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Agent role:
Excellent Customer Service experience, ideally within a call centre but not essential
Fluent in both Italian and English (Written and spoken)
Confident telephone manner
Numerate and be able to carry out policy calculations
Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Communicates well - Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Highly motivated
