Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd are delighted to be working with a well-known household name, based in the heart of Wimbledon, in their search for a new Human Resources Administrator.

 

We are looking for a reliable, professional and hardworking individual, who will provide full administrative support to an established Human Resources department. 

 

If you work well in a team, and are confident to take initiative when required, we are keen to hear from you. 

 

To get you ahead of other applicants, you will have already gained previous experience within an HR function, as you’ll be responsible for:

 



  • Updating of confidential employee records


  • Sending out standard and non-standard correspondence


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Taking and actioning messages in colleagues absences / under guidance from senior team members


  • Recording documents to prove Right to Work


  • Filing and scanning


  • Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)


  • Ad hoc tasks set by senior HR colleagues


 

This role is available for immediate start, and we are keen to place someone in the team as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, this means applicants with a notice period can’t be considered on this occasion.
