- Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd, are proud to be invited to assist in the expansion plans of a company established over 60 years, and a leader in their field, in their search for a new Customer Service Advisor.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to join a friendly, busy team of 5, ensuring that customers receive the highest levels of service possible. Working alongside your Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll also have lots of contact with other departments in the company to resolve any queries that arise.
The ideal candidate:
You’ll enjoy working as part of dynamic team who are passionate about what they do and the service that they give to their customers.
You’ll be an enthusiastic team player and have a desire to make a difference, in your development and within the business.
You’ll also need to be comfortable dealing with potentially difficult situations, such as complaints and will take a positive approach to make improvements for the future.
Most importantly you’ll need to be passionate about continuously delivering a superior customer experience.
Which skills are required?
Great verbal communication and listening skills.
At least 2 years in an office based Customer Service position.
Experience with handling complaints
Experience liaising with couriers a bonus.
Good literacy and the ability to communicate with customers by email and letter.
Strong IT skills.
Organisation skills.
