Lloyd Recruitment Services are happy to be working alongside a household name in their search for bright, switched on Customer Service Associates to join their busy team in Chessington.
You will be answering incoming help requests initially, with live chats and email enquiries being introduced through further training. Enquiries will come from UK and International customers, so an excellent and understanding telephone manner is a must. Call centre experience isn’t necessary, we are looking for people who are passionate about providing a high standard of customer care and are willing to go the extra mile.
Shifts currently available include; evening (16:45-00:00) night shift (00:00-08:00) patterns.
Duties include:
Answer Help Centre and Live Chats across various operating shifts using rapport in order to ensure customers have all the correct information needed
Act on any follow up actions according to customer requirements and company processes.
Identify and recommend up-sell opportunities for every call to high-yield products.
Attempt to convert all relevant opportunities into sales in line with KPI targets.
Use empathy, compassion and understanding dealing with difficult issues and complaints.
Use initiative and resources to ensure product knowledge is correct with minimal supervision.
Make bookings (paid and provisional) according to customer requirements and company processes.
To take an active part in on-going training and development programmes to enhance service levels delivered in the role.
To work as part of the Call Centre Team, helping and assisting colleagues in all aspects of the Call Centre Operation where necessary.
