- Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare delighted to be teaming up with one of our longest standing clients, in their search for a Customer Services Team Leader to work out of workshop near to York.
You’ll be the point of contact between the Workshop & Technical Manager and colleagues within the business, to ensure that the highest levels of customer service and administrative support are provided (and improved further upon).
Experience from within a fleet management / vehicle workshop background is preferred, combined with office based supervisory skills, as you’ll be overseeing the following areas:
Customer Service (professional meet & greet at all times for clients, suppliers and employees)
Data Integrity (month end overseeing, job cars and labour allocation recording, invoice processing)
Office and Facilities Management (managing site security systems, organise repairs and maintenance issues, overseeing third party providers – cleaning contractors, stationary, parts providers, etc.)
Vehicle Movements (maintaining log throughout all stages)
Pricing & Tender Support
Parts Specific (raise, receive and action any parts requests and paperwork accordingly, monitor stock levels, manage any returns).
