- Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be recruiting for one of its very loyal clients in the Reigate area. As a Payroll Administrator, you will ensure that all timesheets and payments are processed in a timely manner. Working autonomously with support from the Team Leader, you’ll ensure optimum levels of accuracy at all times.
The opportunity:
· Preparation and administration of weekly timesheets from candidates
· Accurate calculation of hours and correct shift allocations for payments
· Active verification of timesheets received the reduce risk of fraud
· Administer annual leave requests
· Process expense claims forms adhering to company policy
· Ensure payslips are posted at the earliest opportunity to ensure minimal enquires on pay day
· Ensure invoices are sent out the clients for prompt payment
Essential Requirements
· Must have previous administration experience ideally within a Payroll environment
· Must have a exceptional eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
· Must be a quick learner with proven problem-solving skills
