- Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be representing on one of our longest standing clients in the search for 3 Administration Assistants to join their team in Basingstoke. The ideal candidates will be friendly, keen individuals who are able to communicate with people of all levels to fit in with the well-respected Claims team.
As an Administration Assistant you will be providing a quality claims handling service, dealing with customer enquiries and the processing of claim settlements within the scope of the policy terms and conditions.
Shortlisted candidates must be able to interview on Friday 25th May.
Attributes
5 GCSE passes including Grade C or above for Maths and English
Previous experience in the following would be an advantage: working in customer service role office based, handling queries, speaking to external clients, managing database, call centre experience,
The right attitude, customer service experience, strong communication skills and are able to build relationship with your colleagues.
You will also have to be IT literate (Excel, word, PowerPoint).
