Fee Earner – Residential & Commercial Conveyancing

Salary £45-65,000 (DOE)

Permanent

Crawley office – Monday-Friday

Standard Hours: 8.45am – 5.00pm

28 days holiday +closed during Christmas / New Year break

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our clients Residential & Commercial Property Department.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, while helping to develop and grow the firm’s commercial property presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish.


• Provide clear, accurate legal advice and excellent client service.


• Prepare and review legal documents and ensure files are maintained accurately.


• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties.


• Progress transactions efficiently and meet deadlines and performance targets.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional and internal procedures.


• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

About You

• Experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently.


• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing, with commercial property experience or an interest in developing this area.


• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.


• A proactive, professional and commercially minded approach.


• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
