Ongoing temporary contract with potential to become permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week, 8-4pm Monday-Friday

Salary: £30-40k per annum / £15.38-20.51 p/hour

This is a remote (UK-wide) position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while collaborating closely with your wider HR and operational teams.

We are urgently seeking a TA Partner to work on our clients new national contract.

Our client is a market leader in the FM sector and needs some extra help to recruit people across the UK.  You’ll be handling end-to-end recruitment from advertising through to offers for perm and flexible workers.  Partnering up with operational and site management teams to understand their needs, screen and shortlist, keeping the ATS systems and job boards updated for your colleagues to access if needed as well for updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in high-volume recruitment, either in-house or within an agency environment.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Proactive, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience.


• Experience of using Eploy ATS system would be an advantage
