Weybridge | 12 month FTC | £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
A global organisation specialising in cloud and digital services is seeking a proactive Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to join their team.
The role
You’ll support end-to-end sales operations, including managing contracts, sales documentation, invoicing, and ERP processes. You’ll also play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate sales operations (quotes, contracts, invoicing, orders)
- Maintain CRM data and process sales leads
- Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Assist with budgeting, performance tracking, and variance analysis
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and resolve issues
About you
- Experience in sales operations, finance, or project-based environments
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive
