- Data Analyst 
 - Location: Wallington (office-based, with the option to go hybrid after 2 months)
- Contract Length: 6 months (starting ASAP)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am–5pm
- Pay Rate: £15 - £20 per hour (depending on experience)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Reporting Assistant to join a small data team on a 6-month contract. This is a junior role, ideal for recent graduates with a Criminology degree or other related disciplines, who are keen to build their experience in data reporting while contributing to meaningful work. 
 
 What you’ll be doing
 - Producing accurate and well-formatted reports for both operational (BAU) and ad-hoc needs.
- Validating and cleaning data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Charting) to analyse and present data.
- Translating vague requests into clear, actionable reporting outputs.
- Identifying anomalies or trends in the data and highlighting meaningful insights.
- Communicating findings in a clear, professional way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Handling sensitive datasets with confidentiality and professionalism.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - What we’re looking for 
 - Excel proficiency (intermediate level or above is essential).
- Comfortable working with large datasets (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with SQL database reporting tools is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality reporting.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to explain insights simply.
- Professionalism and respect for the sensitivity of data.
- Someone who can quickly adapt to the role and work independently without needing extensive training.
