Location: Morden (Office-Based)

Salary: Starting at £23,810

(OTE £26,000–£29,000 Year 2, with higher potential from Year 3 onwards)

Have you worked in commission-based retail or telesales and want to move into a professional sales career?

We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated people who are ready to learn. You’ll get full training, ongoing coaching, and clear progression, with the chance to earn uncapped commission as you develop.

The Role

• Learn how to sell products and services to businesses.


• Speak to potential customers over the phone and build relationships.


• Work in a friendly office environment with a supportive team.


• Attend occasional networking events and supplier visits.

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in retail sales or telesales (commission-based is a bonus).


• Confident talking to people and building rapport.


• Positive, determined, and willing to learn.


• Basic Microsoft Office skills.


• Good spoken and written English.

What You’ll Be Trained To Do

• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions.


• Research and find new business opportunities.


• Manage and grow customer accounts.


• Keep the CRM system up to date.


• Work towards achievable sales and activity targets.
