£35,000 - £38,000, depending on experience
Full-time, office-based
We have a new role available with a client of ours based in North London – HR and Operations Administrator – within their Operations team.
This full-time, office-based position is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic professional with previous HR experience. The successful candidate will support the smooth and efficient delivery of HR and operational functions within a dynamic and growing telecoms company.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for employee HR queries (email, phone, in-person)
- Create job specs and recruitment adverts; liaise with agencies
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and set up workstations for new starters
- Manage HR admin (starters, leavers, contract changes) and update payroll
- Maintain HR systems (e.g., Bright HR), including absence and holiday tracking
- Coordinate inductions, performance reviews, and probation processes
- Support disciplinary and other meetings with notetaking and admin.
- Organise staff travel, events, and handle office logistics.
- Liaise with landlords and manage access cards and common area needs
- Produce reports and assist with ad hoc projects and tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous HR and admin experience
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Confident, positive, and assertive attitude
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
