Senior Customer Service Advisor
Chessington
£30,000 p/annum
Mon-Fri

We have a great opportunity for someone with min 2 yrs+ experience of working in a professional inbound customer service team.
- Are you looking to take on more responsibilities and step up into a more senior role - covering for the manager when on holiday, absences?
- Do you enjoy not just inbound call handling, but also responding to emails and webchat enquiries.?
- Have you a sense of achievement when you sort a problem out and get positive feedback.?
This clients customers are highly valued, so beyond the customer interaction side, the team also handle the follow up administration tasks, including accurately updating customer accounts, processing payments and of course there’s the occasional problem to solve – delays in orders, stock alternatives, returns – so you’ll need to be a good multitasker, problem solver and enjoy crossing over with different areas of the business regularly throughout the day.
