Trainee Sales Negotiator
Location: North West London
Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission
Job Type: Permanent
We are looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator with the right attitude, a can-do mentality, and a passion for customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with office-based experience and a background in customer service who is eager to learn and grow within the property industry.
The Role:
- Assist with property viewings and enquiries.
- Support senior negotiators and learn the sales process.
- Build relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Contribute to team targets and be part of a dynamic team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Office-based experience and customer service background.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong team spirit.
- Passion for real estate and career growth.
