Permanent Position
We’re looking for six confident and driven individuals to join our client’s contact centre team in Wallington. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in assisting individuals, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience. Our client is a well-established charity that has been making a positive difference for years, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to their mission of helping those in need.
Shift Pattern:
Four days on, followed by four days off.
Shifts across a 24/7 operation, covering Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, addressing enquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update systems promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and third parties to achieve successful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to drive team success.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport.
- A proactive, enthusiastic mindset with a hunger for learning and growth.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence in numeracy.
