Customer Service Roles – No Cold Calling, No Sales, No Weekends


Are you ready to join a role where you can make a real difference without the stress of cold calling or selling?


Do you value work-life balance and prefer a Monday to Friday role with no weekend shifts?


We’re looking for friendly individuals to manage inbound calls and web chats from clients, with questions about their occupational pension schemes. Prior experience isn’t necessary – full training is provided.
