 - We have an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. 
 - Key Responsibilities: 
 - Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Arranging maintenance and repair services in the on-site workshop.
- Managing and resolving technical enquiries from both B2B and B2C clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - Key Skills and Attributes: 
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone/email.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
