Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.


• Arranging maintenance and repair services in the on-site workshop.


• Managing and resolving technical enquiries from both B2B and B2C clients.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.


• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone/email.


• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.


• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.


• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous.
