Trainee Claims Handler
Salary: Starting off at £21,850, you’ll receive increases in line with 2yr training programme upto £24,000 +bonuses
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

As a Trainee Claims Handler, the training programme will give you all the tools you need to hit the ground running, manage your own cases – learning the art of investigating, negotiating, and settling claims.

Key responsibilities:
- Communicating effectively with customers and third parties by email and phone
- Supporting the team to ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining accurate records for each claim
- Collaborating with colleagues to drive team success
What we are looking for:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client and colleague relationships
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for personal development
- Proficiency in basic computer, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Prior office or phone experience is beneficial but not essential
