Trainee Claims Handler


Salary: Starting off at £21,850, you’ll receive increases in line with 2yr training programme upto £24,000 +bonuses


Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

As a Trainee Claims Handler, the training programme will give you all the tools you need to hit the ground running, manage your own cases – learning the art of investigating, negotiating, and settling claims.

Key responsibilities:



  • Communicating effectively with customers and third parties by email and phone

  • Supporting the team to ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner

  • Updating and maintaining accurate records for each claim

  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive team success


What we are looking for:



  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client and colleague relationships

  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for personal development

  • Proficiency in basic computer, literacy, and numeracy skills

  • Prior office or phone experience is beneficial but not essential
