eCommerce Technician

£21-27,000 (dependent upon experience), excellent company benefits, fantastic lunch / socialising area for staff, free car park, whilst initially office based whilst being trained up, there is a hybrid option after a qualifying period.

Have you considered working in eCommerce?

• This department are responsible for checking and updating electronic data to ensure accurate information, products and services are available for their customers.


• They look at improvements to processes and data quality, and how it can improve other divisions in their work loads.

Are you someone who enjoys working with IT and technology?

• On a daily basis, you’ll be assisting the Manager and team, with checks and activities to ensure any incoming data is processed efficiently and quickly.


• You’ll be assisting with ongoing maintenance and updates to maintain accuracy for third parties to review, including clients directly.


• You will need to be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel – used on a daily basis by the team, and you’ll be trained on their various in-house systems.

If you have the following points, we’d love to see your cv:

• 1-2yrs experience of working in a regulated (insurance / financial services / finance / legal) office environment that’d be great.


• Strong numeracy skills.


• Enjoy chatting to and communicating with colleagues and third parties.


• Proactive and motivated – really looking forward to learning and developing personally through the training programme.


• GCSE – English and Mathematics to equivalent of C or above.


• Live within a commutable distance from Dorking.
