We are looking for an individual who has gained previous Financial Services experience to join our client, where you will work as a Client Support Administrator, based in Reigate.
Joining this small and friendly team you will be providing administrative support as well as working closely with the Client Support Team to ensure a seamless experience for all.
A background in Financial Services is essential, and a strong knowledge of Pension products.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting Financial Advisors by providing full administrative support to clients
- Assisting in client meetings, appointment scheduling
- Confidently liaising with providers and other third parties to obtain financial information on behalf of clients.
- Assisting with projects as they come up.
- Working with Financial Advisors and Client Operations managers to ensure effective operational organisation of the team.
- Using initiative to manage your workflow, tasks, and achieving outcomes agreed with your supervisor.
Please note you must have previous pensions administration experience to be considered.
