Location: Lingfield, Surrey (servicing Surrey, Sussex, and Kent)

• Competitive salary of £28,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year, based on experience and knowledge

Job Description:

Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a full-time, experienced gardener to help deliver outstanding garden care and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess extensive plant knowledge and have a solid background in horticulture. While formal qualifications in gardening are beneficial, this company values hands-on experience and a genuine love for gardening just as highly.

Responsibilities:

• Tend to various private and commercial gardens


• Manage and supervise other staff members, ensuring high standards of work


• Engage directly with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction


• Utilise and maintain provided equipment and company van


• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of gardening experience


• Valid driving licence


• Strong plant knowledge and horticultural skills


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Management experience (desirable)
