Our client is looking for individuals to join their customer service department where you will gain excellent training and personal development plans, to work successfully in the role.

- IT savvy
The Role:
This is an inbound position no sales or cold calling, and you will assist customers with any queries which could relate to any of the following:
- Change of personal details i.e. address, contact details
- Changes to bank details and payments
- Assisting with queries relating to agreements and contracts
