Data Processing Coordinator
Salary: £28,600
Location: East Grinstead

Purpose of the Job:
Working within the companies Systems and Document hub, ensuring the effective operation of company computer systems in line with defined processes and service level agreements. This includes the management of scheduled system checks and reporting, data processing and documentation monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system availability and follow predefined processes and procedures
- Liaise with IT teams, business stakeholders, and support partners to maintain services
- Resolve user requests within agreed Service Levels and escalate issues as needed
- Manage daily, evening, monthly, and ad-hoc schedules for applications
- Assist with SAP authorisation and support Service Desk for user rights
- Monitor the Data Centre environment and report issues
- Manage and maintain printers, ensuring print quality and workflow
- Distribute printed documents within agreed timescales
- Complete shift records and handover documentation
- Adhere to security, change, configuration, and release management policies
- Maintain high standards of processes and documentation
- Support projects as required and stay updated with technology developments
- Manage and maintain print processes for the company
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated
- Technical and IT support skills – intermediate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Knowledge of SAP /Google Workplace – desirable
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with printer management and secure data transfer
- Understanding of IT security and data protection
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and SLAs
The role involves both print/document management and IT systems and would therefore suit someone looking for a varied role within this environment. (This isn’t a sole IT/ service desk support type role)
