Job Description
You will act as a dedicated point of contact customers, delivering a high
standard of service to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide an efficient and effective telephone service to customers by maintaining effective communication with them, and
responding promptly to enquiries
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers to develop more business opportunities and improve service
levels and efficiency
· Ensure all customer administration is dealt with efficiently
· Keep customers informed of the progress of their contract amendment requests and ensure that they are notified of any possible
delays
· Respond to customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved effectively and sensitively and that the customer is satisfied with
the service provided
· Ensure smooth transfer of contracts between customers including obtaining underwriting approval and manual production off new
finance agreements.
· Provide customer with settlement figures for early terminations and end of contract purchase prices
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Customer Service- knowledge of principles and processes for providing a high standard of customer service. This includes
customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction
· Product Knowledge – thorough knowledge of company products and services would be an advantage
· Mathematics – knowledge of maths to an O’level standard or equivalent
· Clerical — knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records
