Customer Retentions Advisor
Our client is looking for a customer service and target focused individual to join their retentions team.
Using your natural communication skills, you will be the first point of contact for all customers coming to the end of their existing agreements. By using your listening skills and asking open questions, you will build a rapport with the individuals to enable you to understand the customers’ requirements and offer them new products or services to retain them within the business. Joining a friendly and fun team, the successful individual will be a team player, and be self-motivated to achieve and hit both personal and department targets.
