About the Company:
Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients and they take pride in their strong relationships with suppliers and customers. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Quotation Coordinators to join their dynamic team in Edenbridge.
Job Description:
As a Quotation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and operations team by assisting with the tendering process for projects. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients, liaising with suppliers and the wider management team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding electrical specification documents and be able to utilise the internal systems for quotations.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service experience to new and existing clients throughout the quotation process
Demonstrate proficiency in general computer skills and confidently use computer logic expressions and formulas
Liaise with suppliers and clients over the phone, ensuring effective communication and relationship building
Learn to interpret electrical specification documents and construction drawings
Utilise our quantities take-off program and in-house quotations system
Create and issue accurate and competitive quotation bids
Think creatively and demonstrate strong organisational skills in managing multiple tasks
Build and maintain relationships with our existing customer and supplier base
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to support tendering projects
Requirements:
Previous experience working within a supply chain / manufacturing industry as office support (desirable)
Experienced in preparing quotes for bids is essential
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
Familiarity with specification documents and construction drawings is an advantage but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think analytically and problem-solve effectively
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
