Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently working with one of their prestigious clients based in East Grinstead who are currently searching for a professional Admin Assistant to join their team for a temporary assignment to assist during their busy season.
This is an ongoing contract role for the next 4 months. 
The ideal person will be a motivated, self-starter who is flexible and adaptable in their approach to work. 
Key responsibilities:
*Updating the company database
*Organising meetings and preparing documents 
*Processing payments
*Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
*Preparing invoices
*Responding to emails
Suitable individuals will be highly organised with a strong office background, excellent telephone manner and be a proactive member of the team.
Hours will be 9:00 - 5:00 Monday to Friday
£20K full year equivilent
