- Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd, are extremely pleased to be approached by a very established organisation on Commercial Way in Purley in their search for a Customer Care Team Leader.
This role will call upon all your previous customer service experience and skills. Allowing you to apply them to this new team of 4. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll ensure the team remain the primary point of contact for everyone and anyone contacting the company - new, return and loyal customers
We are seeking someone keen to develop a team and work alongside them. Acknowledge and bring individuals skills out - allowing them to expand personally and professionally. Increase client expectations, but also colleagues in other departments - your collective actions will allow them to remain at the forefront of their field.
- Ability to build positive rapport with customers.

- Good literacy and the ability to communicate with customers by email and letter.
