SHEQ Administrator (8 mth Fixed Term Contract)

- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be teaming up with one of our longest standing clients, in their urgent search for a SHEQ Administrator (Fixed Term Contract), based out of their workshop in Nottingham (NG9)
Fixed term contract: 8 months
Hours: 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £18,000 p/rata (£12,000 for the 8-month contract)
You’ll be supporting the SHEQ team in the following tasks:
- Maintaining audit logs
- Monitoring progress on actions eg NC’s, H&S Meeting actions, Risk /COSHH Actions, training actions,
- Updating QEMS - Publishing revised documents on Business Management and maintaining logs (doc/nc/action/training logs, etc).
- Recreating documents in an amendable format.
- Restructuring the folders used by Site’s to store - H&S, Environment and Facilities information eg H&S Checks, Fire Checks, Air-con reports, waste notes etc
- Creation of supporting Compliance Information on Critical Suppliers & Contractors.
- Helping to collate and calculate carbon footprint
