Customer Relations Team Leader/Paralegal
Location:  Redhill, Surrey
Salary:  £28,000 to £37,000 depending on experience – plus attractive benefits
Hours:  Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)

Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be working with one of its most loyal clients in the Redhill area of Surrey.  We are now recruiting for a Customer Relations Team Leader/Paralegal.
You will be monitoring and supervising the work of the customer relations team, ensuring that you meet the department performance and quality standards. Paralegal experience is essential to support the work of the in house Solicitor and to be effective in dispute resolutions.
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and motivate team members in order to maintain and improve standards.
  • Monitor workloads and assign cases in a timely fashion.
  • Analyse workload volumes and potential pressure points and make the necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct monthly audits in accordance with the Quality Framework.
  • Monitor staff performance and absence, conduct periodic appraisals and reviews and support the training and development needs of individual team members.
  • Assist the Customer Relations Manager in reviewing procedures and policies and assist in implementing improvements.
  • Provide and analyse ad-hoc management information, root cause analysis and statistical reports.
  • Progressing complex disputes with consideration for litigation implications.


  • You will have an in depth knowledge of dispute resolution rules and complaint handling.
  • Proven experience as a people manager and the ability to motivate a team to meet targets and KPI’s.
  • Previous experience within a regulated financial services environment is essential.
  • Paralegal experience is essential to support the work of the in house Solicitor and to be effective in dispute resolutions.
