They are seeking a new Assistant to work alongside the existing team, some of whom have been with the company and industry for many years, so you’ll be able to learn from the best.!
The department is seeking to expand their client base of commercial landlords with residential properties, and you’ll be working alongside them to ensure that this plan of action succeeds. You’ll be establishing an in-house lettings service to re-let managed dwellings in the Croydon area, visiting properties for both management and lettings purposes.
Working under the Code of Practice and best practice guidelines, you’ll be working alongside a Portfolio Manager, learning what stages have to be taken including: marketing, appointment making, tenancy agreements, inspections, repairs, utilities, invoicing, arrears,
Principally their business is internet based for marketing purposes (rather than shop front) and if you have the drive and desire to succeed within a professional, secure, forward thinking organisation, this could be the role for you.
